We ship via Australia Post eParcel.

Delivery typically takes:

• 3 - 6 business days (metro)

• 4 - 10 business days (regional)

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.

Our wines and olive oils are packed in secure, padded cartons and breakages are extremely rare.

Returns

If you do not LOVE your wine or olive oil order, you can choose to exchange for the full value of your original purchase or receive a full refund.

We accept returns for damaged and/or broken wine bottles. You can choose to exchange for the full value of your original purchase or receive a full refund.

You may try up to 1 bottle and still receive a full refund if you would still prefer to return your products. If you believe your wine has a specific fault, we ask that you return a sample of the product tried for us to carry out the appropriate evaluation.
