The mouth watering, fruit driven palate is the signature of this style. The flavours are full, juicy, cool and very long. 

There are many food matches for La Biondina, but the favourites still remain - fish in any form, raw, fried, grilled, steamed, 'salt & pepper' or hotpot. Oysters, crab or any crustacean are a dream. Whether it's a spicy curry or a simple salad, La Biondina is fine company.

With food, or without. This wine is a delicious standout for us. Purchased on a tour during our honeymoon, however will be a staple in our house hold for years to come.
