Ingredients
  • 2 tomatoes, medium sized and sliced 5mm thick
  • 20 slices of good Italian salame
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 100 g fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons JOSEPH La Casetta Aged Vinegar
  • Juice and zest of half a lemon
  • Quarter cup of JOSEPH Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Ciabatta bread, sliced for serving (toasting optional)
Directions
  1. Layer the slices of tomato then salame and then the mozzarella on a serving plate. Sprinkle with parsley
  2. To make the dressing mix together the olive oil, lemon juice and rind and garlic with a pinch of salt and plenty of freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Pour dressing over the salad, add extra olive oil and sprinkle over the La Casetta Aged Vinegar. Enjoy with crusty bread.
