Stir fry the fish, chili and vegetables in 3 tablespoons of the olive oil until fish is cooked (about 3 minutes).
Boil the penne in plenty of salted water till al dente and drain.
Add the stir fry sauce to the penne and drizzle generous amounts of fresh JOSEPH Extra Virgin Olive Oil over the top before serving.
